Michelle has been working in the Healthcare industry for over 25 years specializing in Geriatrics. She is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Harmony at Glasgow, a new senior living community in Newark. Her experience includes working in Operations and Marketing in Home care, hospice, adult day, senior living and a PACE program. Michelle also works part-time as a Senior Advisor helping seniors with money management and bill paying services. Michelle runs a networking group called Master Givers which also does service projects for those in need and formerly was the President of Delaware Aging Network. She lives in Middletown with her husband and two dogs. She has two adult children and a granddaughter. Michelle loves to spend time boating and at their beach home in lower Delaware as well as traveling.
